Volunteer Fee

To help us run our concession stands and other league amenities, families registering for baseball or softball will be charged a volunteer fee of $200.  This fee will not be charged for the Highland Ball T-Ball or Coach Pitch programs.

Each baseball and/or softball family only pays this fee once, no matter how many players you register.  The volunteer fee will be refunded upon a families’ completion of 6 hours of work for eligible activities.  More information will follow regarding the eligible activities, including concession stand hours, and how to sign up through our DIBS system.  Our Highland Ball baseball and softball leagues rely entirely on volunteers to operate the League and we are eager to get more people involved.  You will find information about volunteer opportunities within the registration process.

Scholarships

Highland Ball appreciates that these are challenging times for many of our families.  No player will be turned away due to financial hardship, so please contact us if you want information about registration fee scholarships.  Email us confidentially at highlandballsoftball@gmail.com.

Sponsorships

Highland Ball is fortunate to have great community and corporate sponsorship partners.  These sponsorships help keep our registration fees at a reasonable level, they fund our scholarship program, and pay for facility maintenance and upgrades that would otherwise be passed on to our families.  In exchange, our sponsors are recognized on banners and uniforms, and through League communications, based on their sponsorship levels.  If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please email us at highlandballsoftball@gmail.com.
